Change of Mind
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@smileability.com.au with your order number and a photo and description of the issue.
We'll arrange a refund, replacement or repair in line with Australian Consumer Law.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

Email us at info@smileability.com.au with your order number and reason for return

We will review your request and once approved provide the return address

Ship the product back to us (with tracking recommended)

Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund or replacement.
NOTE:
The Hydrosonic toothbrushes come with a 2 year warranty.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Square or PayPal) within 5-7 working days after we receive your return.
Exchanges
Please choose carefully as some items cannot be exchanged or returned (unless faulty) due to hygiene purposes (e.g. toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthrinses). If a product was ordered incorrectly, please contact us at info@smileability.com.au and we will assess on a case-by-case basis. Please note, return shipping cost is at the customers expense and items must be unopened and unused in a saleable condition.
